Enu Keyode is a Xenologist Savant. He is a member of Inquisitor Michael's warband, and the only person therein who may know more about Xenos than Michael himself.

Origins

Born on a low-grav world, Keyode is a Longshank, a recognised strain of Abhuman. Moving offworld to study, he quickly found himself an outsider to Imperial society. Caring little for the social stigma, he became fascinated with studing the society he felt he was observing as an outsider. This grew into a passion for anthropology. His academic success brought him to the attention of the Inquisition, where he turned his studies towards Xenology instead.

Recruitment

With his original master missing in action for over a decade, Keyode met Micheal on Caerostrum where he has been living and studying. Interested in Michael's lectures about the Eldar, asked to join him (until/unless his original master should reappear).

Personality

Despite Michael's insistence that all his agents be armed and trained with a laspistol at the very least, Keyode has little interest in his sidearm and considers is a somewhat unnecessary extra weight he must carry around. Even in a combat situation he is likely to be more interested in making close up observations than participating. To further this end he has a servo skull (which he has named Yorrick, although nobody but Keyode understand why). He also tends to carry data slates and various useful scrolls and treatise.

Keyode's fascination with cultures, both Xenos and Imperial, is passionless and academic. Whilst he does not particularly care for or sympathise with the alien, neither does he hate it as the Imperial Creed demands.
